Terms of Service

By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Stogenai is provided by halaSpace, an unincorporated sole proprietorship of Ahmed Almurtadha, governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

• You must be an adult to create a parent/account-holder account. Children use sub-profiles created and managed by a parent, not their own credentialed account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
• Accounts for children under 13 remain in restricted "Safe Mode" (private content only) until a parent confirms via email.

• New accounts start with a free trial. After the trial, continued access to paid features requires an active subscription, billed by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.
• You can cancel anytime from Account → Subscription; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
• Some features (e.g. reading a chapter before its scheduled release) can be unlocked individually for a one-time fee ("bypass").

You own the stories, characters, and drawings you create, including the parts generated by our AI on your behalf. You grant Stogenai a non-exclusive license to store, display, back up, and (in anonymized/aggregate form only) analyze your content in order to operate and improve the product. If you publish content to the public gallery, you additionally grant a non-exclusive license for Stogenai to display that specific content publicly within the app for as long as it stays published.

Stogenai is a platform for families and children. You agree not to submit content that is violent, sexual, hateful, or otherwise unsafe for a young audience, and not to attempt to bypass our content moderation or safety systems. Content you submit is automatically screened, and may be reviewed by a human moderator. Repeated violations result in a loss of public-sharing privileges (a “strike” system) and, ultimately, account suspension.

Anyone can report public content they believe violates these terms. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts as a result. If you believe your content was removed in error, contact us (below).

You may delete your account at any time from Account → Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or pose a safety risk to other users, particularly children.

Story and image content is generated by third-party AI models and, despite our safety measures, may occasionally be inaccurate, repetitive, or imperfect. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, halaSpace will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or, for free-tier use, a nominal amount). Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

This limitation-of-liability language is a reasonable standard draft, not a substitute for review by a lawyer licensed in Türkiye (and any other jurisdiction where the service operates) — do not rely on it as final before launch.
