Billing questions
- How am I billed?
- Paid plans are monthly subscriptions bought on the website. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, which also sends your receipts.
- How does the free trial work?
- Paid plans start with a free trial. No card is needed, and nothing is charged when it ends: you move to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel in Account → Subscription in a couple of clicks. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Can I get a refund?
- If you were charged by mistake, or something didn't work and we couldn't fix it, write to us within 14 days of the charge. Read the refund policy
- Who can buy a plan?
- Only the parent who holds the account. Children use profiles the parent creates and manages, and can't make purchases.
