Terms of Service

By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Stogenai is provided by halaSpace, a sole proprietorship of Ahmed Almurtadha, Mevlana Cd. No: 135, Altındağ, Ankara, Türkiye, governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account. Children use profiles created and managed by a parent or guardian under that account, never their own login.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account, including your children’s profiles.
• Profiles for children under 13 are in "Safe Mode": everything stays private to your family. A Safe Mode child can enter a drawing contest only when you approve that entry, and other families then see only the child’s first initial.
• Profiles for ages 13–17 keep public sharing, private story links and photo uploads off until you switch them on for that profile (Account → Family profiles). Switching it off again makes their public items private.
• Only you set a child’s birth year; it decides which of these rules apply.

• Stogenai has a Free plan with limited features and paid plans. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, sold on our website (see the Pricing page for each plan and its price) and billed by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.
• New accounts get a 7-day free trial of the paid features. No card is needed for the trial, and nothing is charged when it ends: the account moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan.
• A subscription renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Account → Subscription; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again.
• Purchases are made only by the adult account holder. Children cannot buy anything.
• Trouble paying? If you can't complete a payment (for example, your country or card isn't supported by our payment processor), write to support@stogenai.com and we'll help.

You own the stories, characters, and drawings you create, including the parts generated by our AI on your behalf. You grant Stogenai a non-exclusive license to store, display, back up, and (in anonymized/aggregate form only) analyze your content in order to operate and improve the product. If you publish content to the public gallery, you additionally grant a non-exclusive license for Stogenai to display that specific content publicly within the app for as long as it stays published.

Stogenai is a platform for families and children. You agree not to submit content that is violent, sexual, hateful, or otherwise unsafe for a young audience, and not to attempt to bypass our content moderation or safety systems. Content you submit is automatically screened, and may be reviewed by a human moderator. Repeated violations result in a loss of public-sharing privileges (a “strike” system) and, ultimately, account suspension.

You can report any story page, picture or public item you believe violates these terms, with the Report button; anyone without an account can write to us (below). We review reports and may remove content, add a strike (three strikes turn public sharing off), stop public sharing or pause a profile. Some content is first checked automatically.

When we do any of these, we email the account holder and show a notice in the account: what was affected, which rule it broke, whether a person or the automatic check decided, and what it means. If you think it was a mistake, reply to that email or write to us, and a person will look at it again.

You may delete your account at any time from Account → Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or pose a safety risk to other users, particularly children.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, it is permanently deleted within 30 days (signing back in during that time cancels the deletion), except records we must keep by law, such as billing history. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Story and image content is generated by third-party AI models and, despite our safety measures, may occasionally be inaccurate, repetitive, or imperfect. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, halaSpace will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or, for free-tier use, a nominal amount). Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
