Refund Policy

You can cancel a subscription anytime from Account → Subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for, and you won't be charged again.

The free trial needs no card, so nothing is charged when it ends. If you don't choose a paid plan, your account simply moves to the Free plan.

• If you were charged by mistake, or something didn't work and we couldn't fix it, email support@stogenai.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
• Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• Consumers in the EU, the UK and Türkiye keep their statutory withdrawal rights. By starting to use a paid digital service right away, you agree that this right ends once the service has been provided.
